      Pros

      Compared to other same size companies, this places is an exciting places to learn so much. There are lots of opportunities to grow.

      Lots of small company mentality. The out with the old and in with the new is a loosing strategy. AAI has thrown the baby out with the bathwater. Lots of newbies with no guidance or wisdom... Not much of a resource for learning from the past. The past has been completely eliminated. Its too bad.
