      Pros

      Textnow has a great work/life balance, with mental health days every month and unlimited vacation. Also, every IC that I've worked with is great!

      SLT seems completely lost, they preach about empowering the teams, but every decision is made by them, and they change their minds quite often. Now they are doing rally cry, something that they read in a book and imposed on us. Also, there are very few to no career opportunities, your manager doesn't provide guidance nor support on that. 1:1s are often skipped if not cancelled.

Our company has grown rapidly, and one of our top priorities has been to expand our leadership team along with our business. We’ve hired a lot of senior executives, including our CFO, Chief Growth Officer, and heads of engineering, product, monetization, HR, and recruiting to ensure that we are supporting our business and our team as we continue to scale.
