Management doesn’t convey information from top to bottom well. Poor communication with agency underwriting notifications. Unrealistic expectations of ‘efficiency’ when they have you working 3 peoples roles. High turn around. Constant all hands meetings, keeping you from getting your massive workload accomplished. They buy lunch and expect you to work through without a break.
