Just a great bunch of people to work with. Everyone is busy and works extremely hard, but are always there to help share knowledge and make the working day enjoyable. My manager Ashley was so approachable, and always found the time to discuss ideas, or assist with tricky tickets. I felt very supported in my role, and very much miss my time with the company.

Busy, long days. Lots to take in, in a short period of time. I wouldn’t have it any other way though!

General staff are knowledgeable and friendly types, nice to work alongside.

Workers are spied on, wage deductions are taken for dentist or doctor visits or if even a few minutes late due to trying to park as there is nowhere at all near. Antiquated rules prevail such as having to wear a suit even if not facing customers - including during the summer even though there's no air conditioning and the place gets like an oven. A very oppressive place to work, don't know how I stuck it as long as I did.
