This makes each work week unique and keeps things from getting repetitive. They also pay overtime and offer a 401k with a company match. The company match is made with Terracon company stock.

Working as a contractor can make the workload inconsistent. This job is full time (40 hours) minimum. The weekly workload can vary between 40-60 hours a week. The downside is that working longer weeks can throw off your work-life balance. However, this also allows you to get extra overtime.
