Pros

Nice people to work with, company takes safety seriously. Overall like working here. If you are interested in studying part-time there are tuition benefits. Entry level positions are a good opportunity for people with no degree to learn a new field.

Kontras

Entry level techs need to work overtime to make decent pay IMO, but this is in-line with any entry-level job that doesn't require higher education. There are usually extra hours available but available work hours may vary in the winter and this can be a con if you depend on more than 40 hrs/week.
