Pros
Can earn a good living if on the right route. The training is excellent, cooperation among the technicians was great in the branch where I was employed.
Kontras
There is no work / life balance at all. Technicians and front line managers work extremely long hours. Some routes are not profitable and technicians on those routes are un fairly punished for cancels and unserviced accounts. Terminix has lost focus on making the customers happy and are statistics and money hungry. The three absolutes are only followed until managers are told that they have to make sales quotas along with managing service technicians.
