Colleagues and management were kind, provided mentorship for entry level positions and encouraged learning on the job. Lots of incentive to work hard and availability for bonus pay often.

Almost all customer service needs waited on management approval or the response of others. Responses were scarce and left customers upset, ultimately being taken out on the representatives. Seemed as though because of this, the management team did not get the opportunity to manage, but rather spent majority of their time cleaning up trivial situations.
