Good salespeople can make good money.

Besides normal 401K, health and dental there are no other perks. Executive management unreachable, middle management is heartless and is only interested in the next promotion and lower management is groomed to be puppets. You will drive your own vehicle wherever the call center schedules you. Even is the branch is doing well a huge change is made every 3-6 months (no stability). In the almost 5 years I have worked here there has not been 1 salesperson or technician promoted to management (not sure if this is a bad thing).
