Work life balance is good

Increment percentage is very low, as low as couple of percent. Bonus can get deducted without any reason. Favouritism is there. No proper process for promoting, you might get promoted incase you stayed too long. Frequent layoff, every year we are facing layoff. People got fired but neither manager nor team lean no one knows why
