High turnover, annual layoffs, politics - Senior Manager bei Teradata: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was at TD 4 years and every year there was a layoff. I trained a staff to do what I was doing and I could tell I might be next based on how my manager was treating me. She was making mistakes and blaming me somehow. I have four directors manage me over 4 years and say 3 different CEOs. The product development and marketing sucks and they are losing market share to competitors. The insiders, the same people who layoff employees every year due to their own mismanagement, sold a lot of stock right before it started bottoming. Says it all right there.
