Company is struggling with revenue growth...it seems the market is shifting, and they are struggling to shift with it. Impacts bonuses, revenue sharing, dept budgets, etc., and puts a level of stress into everyone's jobs--make more $$ with less. Still fairly immature in marketing, despite having extremely skilled people on staff. Barely using the advanced analytics tools which the company sells to its customers! However, it is a great place to work, and I highly recommend it for anyone with the patience to see it through the tough times.
