Sr Management is completely incompetent. President isn't a developer, has never written a line of code in his life and dictates to developers which language he wants the developers which language to program with. HR hiring experience can go multiple months as they figure out what they want to do which will ultimately lead to an under market offer. Work/Life balance used to be excellent, now senior management is pushing unrealistic schedules which are impacting quality.
