Compensation is high, as is the level of autonomy and flexible work environment. They have really strong data management and analytics capability and a strong customer portfolio.
Kontras
Leadership is really lacking, business units have overlapping or conflicting KPI's, products are arduous and resource heavy to implement, and business has not made sound investment decisions. Also a standout is a very poor culture, you have to conform to a rather dated set of values and approaches to fit in.
