Great people on the whole and a customer focused, "do the right thing", culture. Many long term employees with invaluable experience. Most customers are happy and loyal. Recent leadership changes are for the most part the right people in the right places.

To date Teradata has been a little slow in responding and the business model has been slow to adapt. There have been rounds of downsizing as a result.
