Working at TensorWave has been a very exciting experience. The team is highly talented and collaborative, and I’ve learned a lot from my peers. The top management encourages employees to grow with supporting means. Its outstanding company culture helps create this warm, caring, and supportive “work family” environment, in which I never feel alone facing challenges and my contributions are noticed and appreciated. I am truly proud of being part of the TensorWave team!

As the company grows rapidly, communication between teams could be improved.

Each day goes by quickly & though I consider myself tenured in my field, I learn something new frequently. AI is blowing up and there aren't any companies in Vegas quite like this one, so it's cool to be on the forefront of something this unique alongside a really cool crew of people. I like the team I work with & the office vibe is a nice balance of hustle + chill.

There are lots of snacks & I'm gaining weight... but on a serious note, I think the only true con I can think of is this may not be the place for someone that cannot deal with constant change and pivoting. This business is in the midst of scaling and there are always changes happening.
