Technical Gap in Management: There is a noticeable disconnect between the leadership and the engineering/research teams. Management often lacks a deep understanding of the technical complexities involved in projects, which can lead to unrealistic expectations or misaligned priorities. Lack of Transparency: Communication from the top down is often opaque.
