Bad behaviour and no work ethics in the r&d head - R&D Engineer bei Tempsens Instruments: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The r&d head of unit 1 is such an inhuman person. He has no work ethics, how to talk to his juniors, how to treat a fresher at office. Got no support from that person. He just can't understand that a new comer to company requires time to adjust. From the very 1st day he used to scold before me before I went home. Such a bad experience because of that person.
