They are willing to work with my schedule. There is tons of room for growth in the building. They care about burn out and your well being. They staff way higher then the state minimum.
Kontras
Burn out can be real. Long term care is hard in its self. But they were willing to switch me positions and shifts and what ever I needed to prevent burn out.
