Middle management can be very enjoyable to work with. Good about hiring within. Flexible with time off.
Kontras
Upper management is overpaid and not worth it. Communication is non existent other than random whisperings in the hallway. The pay is low unless you are part of the upper management and their "inner circle." Too many "ups and downs". Lack of vision for the business. It's a shame because they had a great team.
