Pros

Good people to work with on the Team in the same position as me.

Kontras

Low Pay Phone call times were kept for statistics as if it was strictly a customer service role and a race to get off of the phone. This isn't beneficial at all when you are trying to help people with computer issues.

You will work with passionate people and teams are usually very close-knit.

Career advancement opportunities are limited, and in my experience, when advancement opportunities do arise, the CEO introduces policies or arbitrary requirements to block growth. Policies are inconsistently applied across teams, creating unequal treatment between locations and teams. Benefits and employee perks have rapidly declined over the years, which has impacted overall morale. Additionally, the CEO is highly involved in day-to-day operations, leaving managers and directors with limited autonomy to lead their teams and make decisions independently.
