-Management determines who gets the fresh leads and who gets the old/bad/stale ones, so if you get the old leads, which have been called several times, you are foredoomed to fail to produce their expected stats. So you get the picture. They can do this if they don't like you based on your nationality, looks or accent for example. -Can only depend on it as part time job -No guarantee of if you can work, as you have to call every day to find out if you are approved for your booked hours, based on performance (first point). -During your shift. your hours can be suddenly cut short /reduced by your supervisor. - Has to write down in a book every time you go to the washroom. -The pay is minimum wage with no other benefit
