Pros
I love working here. My team is incredible and friendly. My manager and director are very helpful and encouraging. My work is fun and stimulating. Although I have only been here for 5 months or so, I have known Teleflex for a long time. I used to work for an agency and Teleflex was my very first client. Because of my relationship, I came in to Teleflex with excitement and high expectations. So to share that these expectations have been exceeded should tell you everything about this amazing place to be. Not only do I have rhythms in my day to day work that allow me to focus on what I know and do well, but I have already been given opportunities to challenge myself and grow in areas of interest. Teleflex is clearly dedicated to it's employees and helping develop them and I would recommend them to everyone.
Kontras
The biggest hurdle I would say has been related to our internal systems, especially when it comes to recruitment and sourcing. They can be a little inconsistent and frustrating to use. I think this is largely due to growing pains, however.
