- Almost no overtime work - Friendly people in the office

- Company betting on too many things at same time, spreading resources too thin - Meetings occupies over 50% of work time thus all talk and no action - Due to point 1 & 2 both company and employee performance are mediocre, as a result you don't get much bonus and raise
