The company has all the negative attributes of a family run business so if you're adept at navigating nepotism and are comfortable with being constantly talked down to by totally unqualified staff members, then this could be the perfect fit for you

High turnover of staff, unprofessional management and a toxic work environment. Lots of overtime is expected and unrewarded. If you are considering a position here, I would reccomend asking staff members how they like working here and asking management why they have such a high turnover of staff.
