Micromanaging in this company is worse,manger says send email then send or else dont send ,sit here sit there,talk about office politics,no personal space, super bad attitude of managers here except 1 or 2.

No micromanagement and a supportive work culture. Salaries are always paid on time. Friendly and understanding management and HR team. Excellent support from the IT team, with required accessories provided when needed. Good health insurance benefits, with the recent addition of ESI for extra coverage

Kontras

Phone login is mandatory for TekFriday employees. Work-from-home is limited to only 2 days. Sandwich leave policy could be more employee-friendly.
