Between February and March 2019, as exactly one year earlier (from February to March 2018), the company takes a few weeks (less than a month to be precise), that positive opinions and its score increase exponentially to reach a "decent" value, as if it were pure chance. You don't need to be a statistician or mathematician to draw such a scam. A high school student can understand that. Crooked managers, I am ashamed to have worked for them, but I come out of it winning so badly organized they are. Fortunately, honest people do their best to bring this score back to its true value, because the image of a person is well described by its actions, or not-current. One more thing is that during the events, we are told all the T&S progress figures, but we are not talking about the inexistant well-being behind them, because the communication team is trained not to tell this kind of thing (what an idea to indirectly imply your personal image). I also was shocked when I heard that they do not propose a decent salary, but huge expenses reports.
