      Pros

      Very productive company, Great work environment. Culturally Diverse company. The owner is the best, understanding person.

      Kontras

      Needs more benefits health or Dental, also need to have public investors to grow bigger as a company. No vacation on first year of employment.

      Pros

      The benefits, salary, profit sharing and 401k are good. The two offices are nice in good areas of Palo Alto and Mill Valley, California.

      Kontras

      The environment is a negative one and hard to work in with some difficult personalities. No formal reviews so don't get recognised for work and don't know what salary increases are based on. Leaders are very smart and educated but are not good managers of people. Small office where people gossip including some management.
