TII is a well-known organization globally. HR in any reputable organization respects the interviewed candidates at least by replying them or share a feedback with them. Unfortunately, TII's HR is not the case! I have been working in different organizations in Europe and UK but never ever faced such a scenario where HR completely ignores a candidate as TII does. Furthermore, you might apply for a role, you are invited for an interview for that role. Then in the interview, you get questions for a complete different role (not same of what you applied for!). You will get questions not even in the role description and requirements. It is like inability to answer questions so that they can find some mistakes for you! Finally, few weeks after the interview, I was searching about opinions for the work environment in TII, and I was shocked when I found out some people are saying TII has a toxic working environment!
