Pros
The only positive aspect of this company is the opportunity to learn various technologies, as they expect employees to be versatile and handle multiple tasks like an AI. However, all the learning is self-driven, as the company provides no formal training.
Kontras
I’m not sure where to begin, as there are numerous issues with this company. First, when I joined, I was asked to work for free for one month under the guise of training. After completing this so-called training period, I officially joined, only to be told that there were no projects available for the technology I’d been trained on. The entire training process was misleading. After spending two months at this so-called reputable company, just three days before payday, HR informed me that they had received negative feedback about me from seniors. At that time, none of the seniors even knew me or had interacted with me, aside from a brief two-day period when I was given a small task, which I completed on time. Immediately after finishing it, HR told me my performance was lacking and that I would be placed on a Performance Improvement Program (PIP). This meant that my salary for the current month would be cut in half, just days before it was due. Reluctantly, I accepted. Only a week later, HR called again to say they didn’t have any projects for my role and therefore no longer needed my services, though they hadn’t had such projects for the past six months. When I asked about my salary for the one month I’d worked, I was told it would be credited. However, that didn’t happen, and I had to wait two weeks, during which I made countless calls to HR. Eventually, they paid half of my salary. For two weeks, I persistently followed up, only to have HR stop answering my calls entirely. If you’re considering this company for your career, be warned: they are a major red flag and could easily become a nightmare in your professional journey.
