      I have worked here for 4 yrs. it has a very employee friendly culture. Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies. Good work life balance. Good company for bright future for IT employees.

      Pros

      I was working at techmodi from very long time. I am selected somewhere and after serving notice peried i am demands for my experience letter.The company CEO replied...If you want experience documents then you have to left your 4 or 5 month salary.

      Got a chance to work on highly customised web applications, various payment gateways, webservices for Apps etc Very good projects the company have to work. Extra activities to enhance knowledge like seminars etc.

      Sandwitch leaves. Need to give connected leaves for flexibility to go to the town for outsiders.
