I worked at this company for years. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. There is a lot of internal politics, especially in the RPA team. When employees ask for a salary hike, the standard response is that there is no budget, but later those same employees face job insecurity. The HR practices and team management were disappointing, with favoritism and a lack of employee support.
