Pros
• You will get your salary around 6th or 7th for the previous month • Salesforce projects that are smaller in size. Good for trainees to learn a while and quit quickly • Located in Singapore, can use this as an entry point to start a real good job
Kontras
• Lacks leadership and are terrible to work • Politics and non-transparent. Some decisions are not consulted. • No options or support to upskill employees • Company has 0 image branding and no market value. Even their Own concierge didn’t know where Techmatrix is located and their floor. • Hindi is the language to communicate, which most of us felt difficult. • Employees comment on each other’s salary, judge, and at times cross the line to over judge one another and give feedback by authority. A total mess I should say. • Unless desperate to be employed, its fine. But if you are local then stay away. If need sponsorship, then find a better organization • Highly delegating and people have less hands-on experience to guide • No complete PMO process/set up. Excel was used for project management. • On project landscape perspective, there are NO great consulting projects on BFSI or manufacturing and enterprise level end-end consulting. Very small sized , small deal value CRM projects that are repetitive to do. No complexity on technical aspects BUT still a stress due to non-engaging office set up & poor client profile (Clients are usually low on tech aspects and are not a great admirer to digitization). In short, I am saying there are challenges to learn new expensive products example – salesforce voice, Mulesoft products etc • Management is very punitive never given partner portal access, vouchers, accreditations support to upskill. When asked I was only assured.
