Simple and repetitive tasks to start with, you can learn the ins and outs of working with 3rd party installers. High pace, hardly any down time if you are on the right client. Pushing yourself to go out of your comfort zone, pushing yourself to learn a new industry, and getting used to handling problems on your own with out a high risk of hurting anyone or causing serious damage to relationships.

LOTS of warm bodies filling roles, people just collecting a paycheck not pushing for the next level. Mostly because there isn't much of a next level, upward mobility has staggered over the years. Movement is mostly horizontal from client group to client group. This is not a relaxed salary position, the hours are 9-5 and you are busy from 9-5, you will take home work or have to stay late to get caught up with work orders.
