Compared to previous companies I've worked for, here, I truly feel like I'm part of a team that's dedicated to improving the customer experience through continuous innovation.

Honestly can't think of any real con or downside to working here. Maybe more outside events locally could be beneficial, maybe some type of paintball/golf tournament, idk.
