The environment is good, Better than most staffing organizations I have worked for the organization in 2017 and left the job due to pursue higher academics, in between covid times, had a financial stress with no college and no opportinities. TPI welcomed me back with no questions asked.
Kontras
The incentive structure is not much competitive but grows with time, and its not a big issue. The salary is timely which other staffing company lacks.
