Pros
It's a job. The pay isn't bad for the job you do. Most people you work with are fun, have a sense of humor, and easy to get along with.
Kontras
A lot of changes are going on and the higher ups are not as easily accessible as they used to be. Everyone is walking on eggshells now a days. Changes can be great, but there are too many...too fast! They don't always recognize the needs on the floor and for support staff with all the changes even when they are shown a need for it. Middle management tells them and upper management takes the attitude...it is what it is. They are making cuts but not where they're needed. not layoffs, just a lot of shifting around. Makes people nervous. You're going to lose a lot of good, hard workers.
