Pros

Great Solution. Some smart people in the engineering team

Sales environment is terrible. Very bad management. Favoritism is rampant in company. Below market average pay. Not a very collaborative environment. Very silo. May have allot of multi cultural people in the office however there is a strange vibe based on your personal religion. Claim to be supportive, did not experience this. Allot of negative office talk goes on in the kitchen and meeting rooms which is very unprofessional. Bad culture-pay-environment all in all.

Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
