Serious Lack of communication and transparency between middle management and agents. Little support or positive feedback. Management actions do not demonstrate a belief in agent development. Feedback to middle management is immediately met with stonewalling and dismissal. Feedback with upper management is kindly taken, then shuffled to middle management which is immediately met with stonewalling and dismissal. Hours are not very flexible. Promotion in department is possible, but only with a willingness to immediately shift to the least-desired hours.
