Pros

TeamHealth provides a supportive environment. They give you the tools and resources needed to excel in your work. Employees are happy to work here, so when you are interacting with others you are not dealing with disgruntled people. I love what TeamHealth stands for; the company's beliefs align with my own. I really enjoy what I do and am excited to come to work every day. The people I work with are very genuine and caring. It has been easy for me to feel right at home in TeamHealth.
