The role required carrying the responsibilities of what felt like three separate positions, with minimal tangible guidance or structural support. Much of the work operated in silos, and “support” often translated into increased oversight rather than collaboration. Additionally, the role required a significant number of evening and weekend commitments through mandatory events and programming.
