The company does not care about their staff and that is the main reason they have such a high turn over of employees. Some of the requirements for the job were to speak english and to have a university diploma, however, I was one of the few people in my team with a diploma and who could speak fluent english. My manager (Petar) was absent during my interviewing process, so i had to speak to the person covering for him who told me that he cant answer my questions “it is what it is” so i had to sign the contract without having any information regarding my concerns such as office hours, pay, benefits etc. I then raised my concern of how i would like to have an occasional weekend off because i had children while none of my team members had any and i was asked to resign because my request was unacceptable and they don't want this attitude of raising concern with HR in their team. I was fired on the spot and cornered into signing a document which i was told i had to sign on the spot and later on found out that i was within my legal rights to do at a later day. I was left unable to pay my child’s school this month because of the lack of notice. They immediately took my security card and i was not even able to leave the facilities so i had to chase them to let me leave the security restricted area. I was then told by my team mates that the manager at the time, Petar has spread rumours of how i was crying begging me to not fire me. The worst place i have ever worked for. No work culture. No consideration and constant disrespect. I am extremely upset with the poor management and especially with Petar Krastev and Rumen Stoev.
