Regarding the pay, Tek is a pay for performance business that rewards people based on their personal contributions. We offer our people across a number of technical business units the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus for meeting quality and productivity targets. At the end of 2022, the bonus payment that could be earned by an individual was doubled. Alongside base pay, our total rewards package also includes other benefits including HMO, highly subsidized transportation and monthly beverage supply. The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
