Thank you for posting your feedback. Our model follows a %E2%80%9CMeritocracy%E2%80%9D methodology %E2%80%93 meaning that we %E2%80%9Cpay for performance%E2%80%9D. The pay we offer is in line with our top performers. The higher the performance the more incentives are earned. We also just launched a career progression program in your area. 25 people were just promoted to a Stage 2, and 4 people were promoted to Stage 3.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
