Pros

Easy place to start getting experience if you never had a job (easy to join if you have English skills). People are friendly. Medical insurance. Onside doctor.

Kontras

No competitive salary. Hard to get growth opportunities. Under restricted area (no cellphone, bag, etc. inside) Excessive time control if you are out of the restricted area if you go to the restroom, or eat something, etc. There is a restaurant, but if you go to buy breakfast it takes time (around 10 mins because of the line, and it counts on your 15 mins of a break in the morning, so no peace at all to eat in your 5 mins remaining ) It used to be a good support place, but now management has too many nonsense obsessive control rules. It looks like a call center now.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
