The company offers work from home setup, hopefully they can also provide a delivery of assets for those whose home is hours away from the office, Especially when needed a hardware replacement. No Annual Increase. Leave maybe auto approved in the system when filed, but you should have your IS approval first because they limit the number of leaves per week for the 'billables' cause we're lack of members in our LOB. When use the Sick/Unplanned Leave, your allowance will also be deducted. Low salary compared to other companies offer,

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Kontras

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
