1. Hardly anything good to work on. Almost all of the teams are just submitting PRs to mature repos 2. Lack of mobility within the data science org as most vacancies are filled with the director's favored candidate 3. Lack of growth. Very few promotions. There are just 4 IC bands and most of the people are in just two of the middle bands. Leaders give stupid reasons like lack of attrition to not promote someone. 4. Compensation although decent, is way below what our competitors are paying.
