Fast Paced.The people you meet for the most part are great. Performance based compensation not tenure. There is a great deal of information sharing among leadership.

Target is a very political workplace. There is more value placed on how well people interview, than whether they can truly do the jobs they are interviewing for. I have seen countless managers come and go because they were amazing interviews but in the end that's just talkin the talk not walkin the walk.
