Fast pase enviroment, fun to work if the management team knows what they are doing. Will learn different ways of performing if you get the adequate trainer.
Kontras
Very routine and it can get boring. Can only move up if you have a bachelors degree and many mangers they do not know what they are doing, just because they got out of the University they try to implent a lot of changes instead of first figuring out the base of it.
