Very critical of views that oppose company culture, discriminated against for Christian values. Forced to work even when positive for Covid symptoms, never offered any type of LOA or time off, and then ridiculed and coached for not being vaccinated. Senior leaders talk profanely against front line team members behind closed doors with blatant favorites and discriminate against those they personally dislike, keeping them from promotions.
